I call this Blue Therapy. I believe blue therapy is a necessity in someone’s life.
For me, it truly takes the stress level down many notches. I can sit looking at the water or beach for hours. It is where I can run with many thoughts and ideas.
Take some time for yourself, even if it is for a day to read a book or read the stack of magazines that you purchased, and never had a chance to read them yet.
It may mean just being spontaneous. Sometimes, you need to just do it, don’t plan, don’t think it all out, or think of different scenarios.
So hop online, book your stay, pack an overnight bag, and hop in your car. Drive to that location that lowers your stress level and enjoy!
You will not regret it!
