Hi! I’m Nick Greif. I have done and continue to do many things in real estate in many different areas including lending, commercial investing, residential investing and rentals as well as residential home sales. I am currently a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and Maryland and an active investor personally. Because of the vast experience I have in many aspects of real estate, I can offer different perspectives on a property which a lot of first-time home buyers and investors have appreciated.

When I am not talking real estate, you can find me on my homestead hanging out with my wife and two kids as well as my dogs and many chickens or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling sports. I love having great conversations by a campfire and have a curious soul.
